The primary purpose of the intake form is to gather fundamental information about you before the initial consultation. This information is valuable in tailoring my approach and recommendations to your specific needs.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
During our consultation, I gain deep insight into your behaviors, enabling the creation of the most tailored fitness program. I ask thought-provoking questions to understand your goals, key priorities, and daily routines clearly.

MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT
During the movement assessment, I evaluate your capabilities and limitations in terms of movement. This information directly impacts my choice of movements suitable for your exercise program. It's important to note that limitations in one movement might also impact other movements.

PLAN, PRIORITIZE, PERIODIZE
After I have gathered all of your data, I will build your personalized program to get you hitting your fitness goals!

The exercise program Hannah created for me, met my personal needs and goals. I am a virtual client with Hannah, and she utilizes an amazing app that describes in detail my warmup, exercises, and cool down for each day of the week. The app even includes demonstration videos of the exercises which is awesome. I can always check my execution of an exercise by watching the videos. Through the app I can easily communicate with Hannah if I have questions and she responds very quickly to my messages. The app also sends the daily exercises to my email which some might find more convenient that on a cell phone.
