Growing up, my journey with health and wellness was deeply intertwined with my passion for sports. I always strived to be the best athlete I could be. However, I matured faster than many of my peers, leading to struggles with my weight and body image from a young age. I faced pressure from others to adhere to various diets, but nothing seemed sustainable in the long run.

It wasn't until college and beyond that I realized the importance of nutrition and exercise. Yet, amidst the chaos of conflicting advice and trends on social media, I struggled to find what truly worked for me. Discovering weightlifting introduced me to the concept of macronutrients, which initially helped me manage my weight effectively. However, I soon became overly fixated on tracking every morsel of food, leading to unhealthy obsessions and eventual weight fluctuations.
Moving to Chicago marked a turning point for me. I realized there's no one-size-fits-all approach to health. Diets weren't the answer; instead, I needed to find a sustainable lifestyle that allowed me to enjoy both my health and social life. Through trial and error, I embraced intuitive eating and exercise, learning to listen to my body's needs and honoring them without strict rules or restrictions.

This journey led me to found Hustle Health. I believe in personalized approaches to wellness, recognizing that what works for one person may not work for another. I'm committed to helping individuals discover their unique paths to health and happiness, free from rigid diets and unsustainable routines. At Hustle Health, we focus on empowering individuals to make informed choices, cultivate healthy habits, and find balance in their lives.
